Media Use & Consent

By working with LVK9s, clients grant permission for photos and videos of their dog to be captured during training sessions and used for educational, promotional, and social media purposes.

This may include images or videos where the dog is visible, whether or not the owner appears in the frame. LVK9s will make reasonable efforts to avoid featuring clients’ faces, but cannot guarantee that a client will not appear in media content.

If a client does not wish for their dog to appear on social media or marketing materials, they must notify LVK9s in writing before training begins. Written notice must be explicit and acknowledged by LVK9s to be valid.

Unless written notice is provided and confirmed, consent for media use is assumed.

This consent may be revoked at any time by submitting a written request. Revocation applies to future content only and does not require removal of previously published materials.
