LVK9s provides in-home dog training services, evaluations, and consultations. Training is designed to improve behavior through structure, communication, and relationship based methods. Results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on consistency, environment, and owner participation.

Phone consultations are free. In-home evaluations require a deposit, which will be applied toward a training program if services continue. If the client chooses not to proceed, the evaluation fee covers time, expertise, and assessment provided.

Payment is due in full before the start of training unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking. Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of services.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. No shows are not refundable.

Clients are responsible for following training instructions and practicing assigned homework between sessions. Training success depends on consistency and follow through outside of scheduled lessons.

Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations appropriate for their age and health status. Clients agree to disclose any history of aggression, biting, or serious behavioral concerns before training begins.

Clients assume full responsibility for their dog’s behavior during and after training sessions. LVK9s is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses caused by the dog during or after services.

Training tools, including leashes, collars, and electronic collars when applicable, are used as communication tools and not as punishment. Clients acknowledge that they have received instruction on proper use and accept responsibility for continued use outside of sessions.

Training services are non refundable once sessions have begun. Individual circumstances may be considered at the discretion of LVK9s, but refunds are not guaranteed.
